To qualify for services, you have to have been determined eligible before the age of 22 years old.

Does Keli House provide HSBC Waiver services?

Yes. Keli House provides the following HCBS Waiver services: At Home Residential Services, Hourly Respite, Family Education and Training, and Group Day Habilitation.

Does Keli House provide residential services?

No. Keli has does not operate Residential but provides ISS apartment in Westchester County.

How do you apply for eligibility?

You may either contact one of the Voluntary Agencies, your local county mental health department, the special education department of your child or loved ones’s school or the local DDSO(Developmental Disabilities Services Office). You may also contact Keli House Community Services if you need help with eligibility.

No. Keli House Community Services, Inc. is a Non-Profit Voluntary Agency that provides services for people with Mental retardation and developmental disabilities.
